We understand that there is a lot to consider when commissioning a bespoke van build, we are here to help, please find our process below.
Step 1:

We will review your submission and aim contact you within 7 working days with a guide price.
Please note: our bespoke builds based on a large panel van for 2 Adults start
at £54,350+VAT
(not including van)

Step 2:
We require a non refundable (if cancelled by you) £3000 deposit to secure the date of your van build in our diary. Typically 30 days before the build commences, we will have considered all designs and ideas with you, and will have provided your final costing.
Step 3:
We will work closely with you throughout the duration of your build, to ensure we are providing the best possible personal service to our clients. Our aim is that the quality, care and pride we take in building your bespoke tiny home, is a true reflection of you!
Step 4:
21 days before the build is due to commence we require 80% of the total agreed cost. At this stage we begin purchasing all of the materials for your van build, ensuring they are ready for the agreed start date, this creates a solid foundation for a smooth and efficient build process for all.
We do not stock materials due to each commission being built so differently.
Step 5:
Deliver your van to us on the agreed date, or we can arrange to collect your van for you.
Not a single one of our builds are the same, meaning that times can vary based on the level of detail, or size of a van conversion. We take pride in our work, and will never rush through the build process. Each build has the time that is required to convert a premium, built to last home on wheels! As a guide, we are seeing our bespoke conversions take anywhere between 10 - 20 weeks, we understand that this may feel like a long time, but the builds we offer are truly 1 of 1, and therefore reflected in our pricing and timescale guidelines.
The further 20% balance (minus your £3000 deposit) is due on the date of collection.
